experienced a "change of heart" while participating in
an abortion procedure. Johnson has now joined a
group called

which prays outside the clinic where she worked.

is hosting a Private Shopping Event benefiting the
Downtown Pregnancy Center. Refreshments and prize

Golf Roundup for Life
The second annual Golf Roundup for Life was held on the Fazio
Course at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas. Golfers
enjoyed a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. following their box lunches
and purchases of mulligans and raffle tickets. After 18 fun
rounds of golf, the participants enjoyed a fajita feast and a
lively awards ceremony.

Light of Life Gala
The annual Light of Life Gala was held for the second time
at The Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas. Guest enjoyed a
delightful menu prepared by the award winning chef and served by
one of the city’s best waitstaff. Keynote Speaker Star Parker
kept the entire crowd spellbound as she shared from her own
painful past and its impact on her life to spur her to be a
nationally recognized spokeswoman for pro-family, pro-life
conservative Christian causes. Executive Director Carolyn Cline
shared with guests of how the Lord has blessed the center with a
record setting and award winning year.
